  Site definition for the event (options evaluated and presented to the client according to necessities)

  Definition of preliminary program

  Coordination, supervision and quality control pre-, during and post-event

  Presentation of preliminary budget

  Hotel room block, event site reservation, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, cocktails, etc.
